I’ve been cooling and working in hospitality for years, and I’ve done a bit of everything… from busy restaurants to casual kitchens.

I came to Australia on a Working Holiday and eded up loving the lifestyle so much that I decided to stick around. I’m all about good, simple food done right, keeping the kitchen organised and making sure the team has fun while getting the job done. At the Bowslie, I’ve here to whip up tasty meals, support the crew and make sure everyone who walks in leaves happy, full and smiling.

I’m Ezio! I’ve been bouncing around Australia for a while now and somehow landed on this island called Stradbroke where I immediately forgot I had other plans.

I’m from Argentina and have worked in all kinds of bars. Bars where you pour beers, make cocktails and occasionally play therapist to someone you met 30 seconds ago.

Come on down to the Bowlsie and say hi, I’ll be the one behind the bar giving you that smile to come over and have a chat.
